Church Hire & Bookings

Cole Street Methodist Church are happy to work with our local community and are therefore pleased to make available our facilities for the use of the community. 

License & Terms & Conditions of Hire Document

Charges:

Main Church Hall (approx. 17m x 10m) -  £30.00 per hour

Sunday School Room (approx. 10m x 5m) - £20.00 per hour

Guild Room (approx. 7m x 4m) - £18.00 per hour

Kitchen (use for other than refreshment making) - £POA depending on specific use.

 

Notes:

There is a minimum hire period of 1 hour of hire.

**all of the above includes use of car park (depending on availability), toilet facilities, kitchen facilities for refreshment making only and includes all service charges.

***the above payment does not guarantee exclusive use of the premises for the period of hire requested.

****Charity rates do apply for applicants qualifying set criteria - please ask for further details.

Payment details and further requirements are set out in the terms & conditions above.

There is no deposit requirement.

Cancellation fees exist within 7 days' of cancellation.

The Church is not available for hire on Saturdays and Sundays.

Cole Street Methodist Church is a no smoking, no vaping, non-alcohol environment.
